Rather than only talking about what happened, we gently turn toward how stress and old experiences are still being held in your body, and we help your nervous system complete what it never had the chance to release. This is science-based inner-release work, grounded in how the body actually stores and discharges stress.

You don’t have to relive anything to heal from it. Together we move at the pace your body can handle, building safety first and listening to the signals your system is already sending. Over time, the grip of chronic tension, anxiety, and reactivity begins to loosen — and you get to feel more present, more regulated, and more at home in yourself.

My approach is trauma-informed and whole-person, shaped by decades in both hospital settings and holistic care.
