We spend a lot of time preparing for the holidays, but how often do we actually decide how we want to experience them? That's where "The Season Within" came from. We're bringing together just 12 people for a special morning of connection, community and practical tools for creating more ease, presence and joy - You'll experience a 2 1/2 hour intimate morning with breathwork, EFT tapping, guided hypnosis and meditation, and mind body practices. Heathy snacks and beverages will be provided. This offering also includes one 90-minute private session with Christen (Reiki and hypnosis practitioner) and one 90-minute private session with Tamara (Master Bodyworker) to be scheduled at another time - AND Two 60-minute gift sessions - one from each of us - to give to someone you care about. $525.
