Hello! My name is Christen Resmo. In addition to teaching and leading our meditation classes, I offer private holistic healing sessions. My most requested specialties include Reiki & Healing Touch, Therapeutic Hypnosis, and Health Coaching.

I am an RN and Holistic Nurse who has spent the greater part of 33 years working in both traditional medical and holistic healing environments. I have worked in many hospital environments. However, my heart’s true passion has led me to practice holistic healing modalities full time.
